Police Officer Alexander Felix
The drunk driver who killed a well respected cop last summer pleaded guilty to manslaughter. While he should be hanged, he’s looking at a max of only six years. The cop, Alexander Felix, was riding his brand new Yamaha rig in Inwood when he got slammed by a minivan driven by the drunk Kevin Casado.
